We have secured 6 local sponsors to cover areas like secretariat support, all meeting logistics and equipment, welcoming and sponsorship banners/posters, conference bags and name tags, internet facilities, cultural shows during dinner.  Of course Customs is handling the meeting packages (venues,  coffee breaks and lunches) and welcoming dinner.  However we are still looking for any international sponsors.  There will not be any registration fees.

VISA/ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Every person entering Malaysia must possess a valid national Passport or internationally recognized Travel Document valid for travel to Malaysia. The documents shall be valid, for more than six (6) months from the date of entry into Malaysia.

Foreign nationals who require a Visa to enter Malaysia must apply and obtain a Visa in advance at Malaysian Representative Office before entering the country. A visa is an endorsement in a passport or other recognized travel document of foreigner indicating that the holder has applied for permission to enter Malaysia and that permission has been granted. Foreign nationals who require a Visa to enter Malaysia must apply and obtain a Visa in advance at any Malaysian Representative Office abroad before entering the country. Visa which has been granted is not absolute guarantee that the holder will be allowed to enter Malaysia.  The final decision lies with the Immigration Officer at the entry point.

A visitor is also required to present proof of his financial ability to finance his/her stay in Malaysia together with a confirmed return ticket to another destination.

  Monday TBG5 - Finance This presentation will explain the situation, highlight the issues and try to explore how UN/CEFACT should deal with issues which are probably not fully specific to finance.  
  Tuesday UneDocs This presentation will provide information about the current status of the UN/ECE & SITPRO UNeDocs project and will also announce the plans and objectives of the new UN/CEFACT UneDocs project.  
  Wednesday UN/XML This presentation will show you the modular approach of the UN/CEFACT XML Schema design. The focus will be on how ebXML Core Components are applied for business to business exchange.  
  Thursday Presentation and demonstration of the UN/CEFACT Registry/repository plus presentation of the TBG1 AeroBoost Project - CC Discovery Repository ICG will present the latest status of the UN/CEFACT Registry/repository project and provide a demonstration. This will be followed by a presentation to show how a repository is being used to store the Business Information Entities which are being defined by the Aerospace Core Components project (BoostAero).  
             
Training Sessions            
    TMG UMM/CCTS Training TMG will present two sessions providing training on both the UMM and CCTS methodologies.  
    TBG17 Training TBG17 will show the current version of the TBG CC library and will demonstrate how the constituent CCTS compliant structures relate to each other. The session will also explain the latest version of the TBG17 submission guidelines and the relationship between the TBG17 harmonisation work and the future development of the CCTS methodology.
