A number of rooms are reserved at hotels located within walking distance of the Forum venue. Please be aware that hotel prices and availability are subject to cut off date. Participants are advised to book early since September is a busy conference month in Stockholm.

Terms & Conditions of Special Delegate Hotel Rates:
1. Special delegate hotel rates only apply from Sunday 23rd of September - Friday 29th September, inclusive. Outside of these dates, rates are subject to hotel availability and can be charged at a different rate to the conference week rate.
2. Special delegate hotel rates are subject to cut off dates. Please see individual hotels for cut off dates.
3. Special delegate hotel rates only apply quoting the booking code until all allocated rooms have been sold.
4. All bookings are via e-mail or phone.
5. Special delegate hotel rates are quoted in Swedish Krona (SEK) on a per night basis (1€ ca 9,5 SEK). Breakfast and all taxes are included.
