Clickable Agreement Project Status

• Completed and distributed a mock up of the clickable agreement template was in support of the TBG2 and UBAC work.
• Shows dragging contract agreement component elements from a component library and dropping them into a template format.
• Deliverables are Contract Agreement Element Library spreadsheet and final Clickable Agreement Template.
• Completed UBAC Requirements Specification with clickable agreement modifications for UN/CEFACT review and approval. Produced a UBAC addendum document containing Clickable Agreement Use Cases with UBAC specific criteria.
• Currently working with EXOSTAR Aerospace Supplier Marketplace to develop prototype of hosted clickable agreement negotiation process. Proof of Concept demo to be presented to AIA in November.
